Before it makes the grade as an Approved Used Audi, every pre-owned Audi model must pass over 100 thorough inspections. An Audi technician makes separate mechanical, bodywork, interior and electrical checks, conducts a full road-test and prepares a detailed written report which is available for your assessment.

Vehicle Reconditioning

Should the multi-point check highlight any irregularities within the vehicle, we'll undertake rectification works, ensuring that the car meets our meticulous standards before it reaches the display area.

Provenance Check

As part of the Approved Used Car Programme, you can be rest assured that the Audi you buy will have a clean, completely transparent record. You'll receive a certificate confirming that the following provenance checks have been carried out and verified:
The vehicle's engine and chassis number
The date of first registration
Confirmation that the car has not been used for security against a finance agreement
The vehicle is not stolen
The vehicle does not have a write-off record
The vehicle has not had a plate-change

Vehicle Mileage Check

Vehicle Mileage Check Ltd. is an independent company which confirms that the specified mileage on every Approved Used Audi model is verified.
VMC provide a full keeper-history search and authenticate mileage by obtaining information in writing from various sources, including previous owners and the DVLA in Swansea.

Service History Check

As another strand of our commitment to vehicle provenance, we'll provide you with a Service history certificate at the time of vehicle handover, detailing all routine servicing work that has been done within the Authorised Audi Centre network. The certificate also verifies the following:
Vehicle registration number
Vehicle chassis number
Vehicle description
Colour
Engine number
The status of the vehicle's warranty

30-day exchange plan

All the checks and double-checks listed above equate to one invaluable asset - ultimate peace-of-mind. And even further still, Audi operate a 30-day exchange policy - so in the unlikely event of an irreparable fault occurring within 30 days/1000 miles (whichever occurs sooner) - we'll offer you an exchange from the Audi Centre that you purchased your vehicle from. This does not affect your statutory rights.
